Headhunted to advise on the sponsorship structure, before becoming Head of Operations, responsible for the UK management side of the expedition. Secured funding & partnerships for the expedition and a feature documentary with a US-based production company. Recruited & led internal teams as well as advisory and pitching.

Funded and launched three live music events in 2022 at Londons O2 Indigo. In partnership with another company. Managed full lifecycle from inception through to event and post event analysis. Sold 7500 tickets across three events, successfully selling out.
